  If you are looking to buy a new Mercedes you must buy with Luke Endean!!! His customer service is exceptional. During the months from order to delivery Luke assisted with all my queries and provided continuous timely updates along the way. When it came time to pick the car up Luke made sure the experience was extremely memorable for me and my family and I am so grateful. I will definitely be referring family and friends to the dealership and to Luke. Thank you Luke and looking forward to working with you again in the future!!

  Great services! Was speaking to another Mercedes dealer before but was told they couldn’t arrange the transport of the vehicle and once the deposit was paid, the deposit couldn’t be refunded and the car was yours. Then we rang Cedes Hornsby, it was completely proper Mercedes service experience starting from the lady on phone to the very helpful sales team Angus and James. Thank you.

  We had a fantastic experience working with James at Hornsby Mercedes. We were worried that buying a car during COVID lockdown would be a struggle, however James and the Hornsby Mercedes team made things really easy.   Luke and the team at Mercedes-Benz Hornsby were very professional and excellent to deal with, when helping my parents purchase their new CLA-35.
